1. Damage in Transit (Breakage)
Glass products are fragile. While we use industry-standard packaging to ensure safety, if you receive damaged items:
You must report the damage within 48 hours of delivery.

Requirement: You must provide your order number, clear photos of the damaged items, and photos of the shipping box.
Once verified, we will issue a Store Credit or provide replacements with your next scheduled order.
2. Wholesale Return Conditions
As a B2B wholesaler, our return window is strict to maintain competitive pricing:
Final Sale: All wholesale orders are considered final. We do not accept returns for “change of mind” or unsold inventory.
Manufacturing Defects: If a product has a functional manufacturing defect, please notify us within 7 days of receipt.
Hygiene & Safety: Any item that has been used, even once, is strictly ineligible for return or refund due to health and safety regulations.
3. Shipping and Restocking Fees
Defective Items: Kunal Group LLC will cover shipping costs for items confirmed to have manufacturing defects.
Authorized Returns: For any other return authorized by management, the customer is responsible for all return shipping charges plus a 20% restocking fee.
Items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging.

Direct Refunds: If a refund to the original payment method is approved, please allow 7-10 business days for the transaction to appear on your statement. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
